Fibre lubricant for continuous filament synthetic yarns, in particular textured nylon, for application on high speed texturing machinery (above 600m / min) or during cone winding. 

Suitable for application to dyed and undyed yarns intended for knitting or weaving.

The recommended method of application is by roller and trough on the texturing machine or during cone winding.  When applied in cone winding, it is recommended that the rollers should rotate in the opposite direction to the yarn travel. 

Due to tacky type anti-splash properties it is shear sensitive. Anti-splash properties can be reduced by excessive pumping of the oil.

Suggested amounts for application:

Nylon yarns – 1% to 3% oil on the weight of the fibre 

Polyester yarns  – 2% to 3% oil on the weight of the fibre 

A 50% solution strength with 4% product on the weight of the blend
