We’re pleased to have launched our 2023 Sustainability Report.

This document outlines our sustainability goals as a business in terms of our planet, our principles, our people and our community as well as what we have achieved and what we are working towards achieving in the upcoming years.

Sustainability isn’t just a buzzword it’s a deeply ingrained principle, handed down from previous generations and embraced by every employee who joins our family and team.

From intensive research into biodegradable lubricants and greases to launching the first biodegradable, non-toxic products for use on ship’s stern tube bearings and propellor shafts over 20 years ago. We were the pioneers of our time and we continue to bring that principle forward on our journey to becoming a more sustainable business.

Vickers Oils is a privately-run family business, established in the UK in 1828, with a worldwide reputation as a reliable and innovative supplier of high performance, specialty lubricants.

In 2002, Vickers Oils launched the world’s first biodegradable stern tube oil and now supply thousands of vessels with our award-winning range of Environmentally Acceptable Lubricants (EALs) delivered globally.

Now, as the company approaches 200 years in business, we are excited to deliver this dedication to quality, ethics, and service across a new range of products, setting a new standard for the food and beverage industry.
