Service Status Update: COVID-19
You may be wondering whether COVID-19 is affecting our ability to deliver the high quality, reliable service which you are used to receiving from Vickers Oils. Fortunately, for the moment, we continue to be able to supply our customers as normal and have a contingency programme in place.
The health and wellbeing of our employees is our most important priority. We took steps to minimise our team’s exposure to the virus as soon as COVID-19 began to spread in the UK and have enabled all staff that reasonably can work from home to do so. We have carried out a COVID-19 risk assessment for activities at our Leeds site, closely following the UK Government’s advice published on May 11th for factories, laboratories and offices, and shared the results with all employees. We will continue to closely monitor the situation and adjust our working practices accordingly.
